István Engel Tevan (1936 - 1996) hungarian grafphic artist, illustrator. Main part of his works are book illustrations, and drawings. His arts are mainly grotesque and have a fine sense of humor. In his early works are mosaic scenes placed on a sheet. Later graphic works are simple compositions. In his last years his arts inspired by the theatrical art (József Katona, Bulgakov) made large pencil drawings with scenic effects.
